Eligibility Requirements

To apply for Darko’s Wholesale Program, your business must meet the following requirements:

  • Valid business license (retail, gym, wellness, or related industry).
  • Physical or online storefront (we do not approve wholesale applications for personal use).
  • Minimum initial order of 24 units (mix and match any of our 8 supplement formulas).
  • Commitment to selling Darko products at the suggested retail price (MSRP).

How to Apply

  1. Email our wholesale team at darko@darko.company with the subject line "Darko Wholesale Application - [Your Business Name]".
  2. Include the following information in your email: business name, business license number, storefront address/website, contact name, phone number, and estimated monthly order volume.
  3. Our wholesale team will review your application within 3-5 business days and send you a response with your wholesale pricing and account details (if approved).
  4. Once approved, you can place your first wholesale order via email or our dedicated wholesale portal.

Wholesale Terms & Conditions

  • Tiered pricing is based on monthly order volume—pricing is subject to change without prior notice.
  • All wholesale orders are non-returnable and non-refundable (excluding damaged/defective products).
  • Damaged/defective products must be reported within 7 days of delivery—we will replace defective products at no cost.
  • Wholesale partners may not sell Darko products on third-party marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, etc.) without prior written approval from Darko.
  • Darko reserves the right to terminate wholesale partnerships for non-compliance with program terms (e.g., undercutting MSRP, selling to unauthorized buyers).
  • International wholesale orders are available—shipping costs and customs duties are the responsibility of the wholesale partner.
