Shipping Information

Domestic Shipping (USA)

All Darko orders are processed and shipped from our US warehouse within 1-2 business days of purchase. We offer standard shipping for all domestic orders, with delivery times and costs outlined below:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days | Flat rate $4.99 (Free shipping on orders over $99)
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days | $12.99 (Available for US contiguous states only)

We ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Shipping to Alaska/Hawaii may take an additional 2-3 business days, with a flat rate of $9.99 (free on orders over $149).

International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping to select countries. All international orders are processed within 2-3 business days, with delivery times ranging from 10-14 business days (excluding customs delays).

International shipping costs are calculated at checkout, based on your location and order weight. Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and fees associated with international shipping—these fees are not included in your order total and are collected by your local customs office.

Order Processing

  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST (Monday-Friday) are processed the same business day.
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST, on weekends, or holidays are processed the next business day.
  • All orders include a tracking number, which is sent to your email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Restrictions

We cannot ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or military bases for international orders. For domestic orders, PO box shipping is available for standard shipping only (no expedited).

Darko reserves the right to cancel orders to locations with restricted shipping or where we are unable to verify delivery information.

Missing or Delayed Orders

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, or if you have not received your order within 3 business days of the estimated delivery date, please contact our customer support team at darko@darko.company with your order number. We will assist you in tracking your order and resolving any issues.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages where delivery confirmation has been provided by the shipping carrier.

Subscribe & Save Shipping

All Subscribe & Save orders qualify for free standard shipping (USA only), regardless of order total. International Subscribe & Save orders receive a 50% discount on shipping costs, calculated at checkout.
